Popcorns

In US Resident Inn hotel, there are always ready with popcorns in the room. I still remember when the first time I was here, I was so happy and excited to try out the taste of the popcorns. After putting the popcorns into microwave, set for 3 minutes, I can hear the sound “pop, pop, pop”. I was so excited and can't wait to taste it. When I heard “ting” from the microwave, I immediately opened and grabbed some to taste. Oh no, it is salty in taste. I was very disappointed. I thought it was sweet type like what we usually have in Malaysia, sigh! But at the end I also finished it up because I don't want to waste any food. Today, I'm here in US again. I purposely want to try it whether the taste got any changes or not, and the answer is ...still the same - salty.

Hong Kong Airport

I have to transit my flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco. During this time frame I like nothing to do and walk around. After the airport said delay for additional 4 hours I really like crazy. What I do is take picture from north to south and east to west. Below are few pictures that I taken:

This is the 747 plane that I going to take. Is a good plane and I won’t few shake when the way to SFO. Compare to Singapore airline 777 really different a lot. No wonder people say that 747 is a good plane. First time take this plane.

Birthday Party

Last few weeks back was my nephew birthday party. I still remember when I was young; definitely our friends will do some special move after us cutting the cake. They will move the candle close to the surface to the cake and ask us to use mouth withdraw the candle. Remember? Than below case will happen if you have such a good friend…

Last week, my mom came to have a stay at my house for several days. She is complaint that after she wake up, she feel her whole body and hand gets itching. The itchiness might cause by any types of bed bugs I supposed. The main reason is that most of the time our guest room is vacant and this make the chances for bed bugs to infest.

Everytime when I have a chance to come to US, for sure I will get this SOBE drinks as my beverage. It has many flavors but I only like this type as the taste is just great to me! I think it should be guava taste if I'm not mistaken.

I hate most is when I was enjoying movie and suddenly telephone rang and I’ve to pause my movie and get up to answer the phone call. And the most irritated is that when I reach my phone, it turns to be a missed call and sometimes I did answer a prank call.

Dinner at Mongolian Restaurant

Today after 3pm feel sleepy and immediately fall into sleep after lying down to bed due to time exchanged because of flight from Penang to US. About ~ 6pm my hotel phone rang just like wake up call. My colleague asks me do I want to go for dinner with him. I said ok lo since you wake me up already. He said got one very good restaurant at Sunrise Blvd. After reach the restaurant, the boss asking are we from Taiwan and we say no. I said we are from Malaysia and any discount? She said sure got than passed us the discount card. This discount card you will need to stamp 10 times only free 1 dinner. This also called discount??? Per person about USD12 not so bad deal.

They also have craps leg.

You may pick up various foods from raw food corners and putting your favorite’s source like Japanese source, lobster source and garlic….etc. The chef has very big wok and pan to fry your raw foods that you pick just now. Above is my winning mixed food. ^^

HongKong Airport Food

Today touch down Hong Kong airport after window shop, feel hungry so when to find some food for lunch. I know that Hong Kong “Sui Kow” Very good so I have order this as my lunch. The food was delicious even eat inside Hong Kong Airport. I was wondering if I go out to street food on “Sui Kow” should be even better. Yummy! You must try if you got chances transit at Hong Kong airport.

Comics

Today would like to share one of my hobbies. I like to buy Chinese comics especially with good story. Some comics during grandmother year already exist and are difficult to find. I actually look for “Da Ge Chi” (Story about Sumo) and “Hao Xiao Chi” (Story about Japanese bamboo sword). This 2 story book took me more than 8 years to search for it and finally I got it. Not only the name of book but I also look for specify brand and paper quality. Below is the cabinet that I use to keep all comics.

Above comics only can get second hand and no more new book available in market.

Chinese or Indian Song

Yesterday my friends forward me this song. He told me he recommended Chinese songs to me. After completed download, when I start play the video all my dinner that just take few hours ago going to “fly” out. It is a very good video and you must watch. Try to have fun and enjoy the video. The singers sing the song by follow the Chinese word. Sorry for those bananas which do not know mandarin. Good luck my friends!
